We do not exchange but we accept return. You may return your item and credit voucher will be issued for your next purchase. You may use it to purchased your preferred item.
We only accept returns for items that are in its original condition (with tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). You will be issued a credit voucher equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for 90 days. Delivery fees to return your order, if any, will not be refunded.
*Purchase of accessories are final and cannot be returned.

All return must be sent back within 5 working days (Malaysia) / 2 working days (outside Malaysia)
All return item must be mailed back using trackable mailing services.
All item MUST BE in unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise in saleable condition.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please keep the delivery proof with you in case we shall need them for reference.
All sale/discounted items are final and not eligible for return & exchange.
We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
