Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME FRAME
Items will send out in 1-2 working days after your payment being verified. An email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.
Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays. Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 1-4 days (Skynet) / 3-8 working days (International).
If you do not receive your parcel within the respective working days mentioned above, please track your parcel with the provided tracking number and arrange for redelivery with respective courier or selfcollect at the allocated branch if the attempted delivery was unsuccessful. Undelivered parcel will return to us after 10 working days.
Do note that we are not responsible for the redelivery charges. Please track your parcel once it is mailed out.
